My practice includes:
- Brief counselling for individuals.
- Psychotherapy for individuals.
- Couples/relationship counselling.
Availability:
- Tuesdays
- Thursdays
I also provide:
- Workcover Counselling Provider Number: 10390.
- EAP Counselling, (Employment Assistance Program), for various organizations throughout the Northern Rivers.
- Inquire with your employer whether you can use my services through your workplace EAP program.
Frequency of sessions:
- I prefer to see clients once a week. (Weekly sessions, in my opinion, are more effective than having sessions with larger gaps between).
- After a block of weekly work where we have established a strong working alliance I am able to negotiate fortnightly sessions.
Length of sessions:
- I usually see clients for 1 hour. (Other session lengths can be negotiated).
Fees:
- Individuals: $140
- Couples: $160
Payment:
- Cash, Card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
