Support for Anxiety, Stress & Relationships. Helping things feel more manageable.
Does your mind keep going long after your body begs you to stop?
Maybe it's the self-talk, the relationships, the way you can't switch off. Or maybe life has just been a lot lately.
That’s exhausting!
Counselling helps you see those patterns clearly and build tools that actually work.
What is counselling?
Counselling is a practical, collaborative space where we slow things down to make life feel more manageable.
It’s It's not lying on a couch for years dissecting your childhood. And it's not someone nodding while you spiral.
We pay attention to what's actually happening underneath the noise. We sort through what feels messy so it becomes workable. You bring what's going on. We figure it out together.

What working together is like
Most people show up without knowing exactly what they want to talk about. They arrive tired, unsure, or carrying something they haven't quite named yet.
Our sessions are a place to slow things down. Not to analyse you to death, and not to rush into solutions. We pay attention to what's actually happening and work out a way forward.
I'm Poncho. I work via telehealth from Melbourne, in English and Spanish. You may also meet my cat, Kane, who occasionally insists on being part of the session.
