Couples/relationship counselling

Relationship / marriage therapy is a vital support in times of crisis for couples and in maintaining the well-being or your relationship. A few sessions can often create a needed shift.

Grief & loss

Grief is the natural emotional response to the loss of someone close. Loss and change are fundamental to life. Grief is a process and there is no right way to grieve; grief counselling supports this process

Trauma & abuse

Trauma is the result of a distressing, overwhelming and highly stressful events which exceeds our ability to cope, or integrate the emotions involved with that experience. Trauma therapy heals and integrates.

Workplace Issues

We can spend a lot of time at work experiencing stress, unhealthy workplace cultures, struggling to manage teams or communicate with managers or colleagues. Workplace counselling/ coaching provides empowering strategies.

Men’s work

Men’s counselling / psychotherapy is oriented towards optimal growth and fulfillment in all domains of a man’s life; supporting men to become more whole, joining head, heart and guts, within a healthy sense of self, and exploring what hinders this.

Life transitions

Life transitions are usually life changing events that cause us to re-examine our present sense of being. They can be predictable, having a child or unpredictable, ie. a crisis. Midlife can be a time of transitions and questioning life direction.

Purpose & direction

A clear purpose and direction in life can help restructure even difficult crisis into opportunities for growth and renewed motivation. Life purpose is an essential aspect of well-being. Lacking purpose can lead to in-difference towards life.

Psycho-Spiritual Integration

Counselling/ psychotherapy can be engaged in a way that provides a vital space of inquiry leading to a process of spiritual deepening, of integrating and embodying one’s spiritual life within the ‘everyday’.
